TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against the RELEASEES AND TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in “SPORT” DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, AND FURTHER INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF PARTICIPATING IN “SPORT” REFERRED TO ABOVE;
Refund Policy
- All refunds are subject to a $20.00/player admin fee.
- No refunds will be given after the second week of the season.
- Before the first two weeks of the season a 50% refund will be issued upon return of the entire uniform.
- All refunds issued are done so by cheque only.
- A full refund will be issued if not registered off waitlist.

Information Collection and Use
When you make a decision to register a player, MYSL will use your information to process your registration. We will also send you emails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your application. In addition, you will be automatically signed up to receive email updates about our events.
Communicaton
Registration information collected from our members is used to allow the league to communicate information updates regarding the league activities.

Our web site may contain links to other sites. We do not screen our recommended links, however, please be aware that the League is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects identifiable information.
